breakfast: smoothie made with spinach, frozen berries, 1/2 banana, and water
exercise: 35 mins. cardio on the track; abs
lunch: big arugula salad with leftover curried chickpeas, s & p, chives, and olive oil
dinner: picnic dinner! 1 hot dog with mustard (no bun), 1/2 cup pasta salad, fruit salad, 1 cup ice tea/lemonade mixed
So proud of myself for not overdoing it at the party today! Since I work tomorrow, there won’t be any cookouts/parties for me on Memorial Day. So I’m home free as far as really bad foods go.
Tonight, I’m going to have a small treat - I got fat-free fro yo from the grocery store, and also fat-free whipped cream :3 I’ll have a bit of both with some frozen fruit. Yum!
